Главната цел на събитието е спецификация, развитие и демонстрация на интегрирани системи, подходящи за бъдещи мрежови наблюдения на атмосферните промени в климата и времето. Тези наблюдения са основа за изграждане на политика за промяна в климата.

On behalf of all those who attended, may I write to thank you and your team for the excellent organisation of our COST meeting last week. Many people mentioned to me how impressed they were with the venue, the very good facilities and the smoothness and efficiency of all the arrangements.
This was an important meeting for the action; we had some major decisions to make and also to discuss the form of the final report. Thanks in no small part to your help I think we were able to do this very successfully….Thanks again.
