It truly was very smooth and professional and you made everything work so easily: the hotel and tour bookings; the airport transfers; registration at the conference.
And all your people are so nice and friendly.  I was very impressed.
So, thank-you all very much and I hope to see you again some time.

Staff at the registration desks were wonderful - courteous, helpful and efficient.

CIM confirmed my hotel booking a few days after I sent in my request. But the hotel voucher was not sent to me until a few days before the Congress. Why not send the voucher as confirmation of the hotel booking? In any case, there was no problem at my hotel. But again, communication could be improved.

Dear CIM team,
I would like to thank you for the perfect services, and wonderful time in Sofia itself and the few excursions around the country, which offered me the rare opportunity to know your beautiful country. I would like to tell you how impecable support and professional help assistance I received from the staff at the registration desk, particulalry from Galia Vladimirova in booking my trip and the hotel, about the warm and carring service at the hotel, the room service, and reception, as well as from the unforgettable trips guided by a wonderful story teller and most learned person, Nadia Todorova. To all of them, and to all the CIM team I send my homages, my congratulations for the success of the congress, and many deep thanks!
Sincerely,
